DMCS' team will primarily conduct a meeting between the contractor and client to ensure the project is planned out accordingly. During this conference, our main contractor will discuss with the client to further understand the project’s main objectives, which will help Denco Medical's team define the overall scope of work for all of those involved. This includes identifying all the tasks and responsibilities necessary to complete the project, as well as acknowledging any specific clientele requirements or expectations.

OUR PROCESS

Denco Medical's contractors and estimating department will then work together to calculate the required qualities and quantities of materials, providing an in-depth budgeting system for the client's project needs. This will cover labor, materials, equipment, and any other associated costs. The final budget will be influenced by the type and amount of materials needed/used throughout the building process.

Before construction can begin, DMCS must obtain all required building permits to move forward with the project. These permits ensure the project meets local regulations and building codes, which can differ by location. The necessary documentation is submitted to the local government for approval. Failing to secure the proper permits can result in serious consequences, including fines, demolition of work completed, or even legal action.

Once all permits are approved, the project can officially begin. Throughout construction, DMCS' main contractor will manage resources, monitors documentation, keep the project on track, as well as ensure quality control by verifying the project aligns with approved plans. The design team also reviews substitution requests, change orders, and submittals. It's important to note that DMCS' team operates on its own schedule during this part of the process, which can vary based on our worker's specific roles.

After construction is complete, Denco Medical will conduct a final walkthrough to ensure all specifications are met and that the building is fully functional. This involves installing signage, conducting final inspections, and making any necessary adjustments to ensure the building is completely prepared for occupancy. Any last-minute touch-ups or adjustments are made during this phase, ensuring the building is ready for handover to the client.
